Its purpose is to allow the authorized LinkedIn account holder to access and analyze their own LinkedIn professional information in order to:

The integration is not intended for mass data collection, recruiting databases, advertising or automated outreach.

2. LinkedIn Data

Where access is authorized through LinkedIn, the integration may receive professional profile information made available through LinkedIn's approved APIs.

Depending on the permissions granted by LinkedIn, this may include information such as:

• Profile information
• Professional headline
• Employment history
• Job titles and companies
• Education
• Skills
• Certifications
• Projects
• Languages
• Other professional information made available through the authorized LinkedIn API

Only information made available through the permissions explicitly authorized by the LinkedIn account holder is accessed.

3. Read-Only Use

The intended LinkedIn integration is read-only.

It is not intended to automatically:

• Modify a LinkedIn profile
• Send connection requests
• Send LinkedIn messages
• Publish posts
• Add comments
• Add reactions or likes
• Perform automated engagement
• Scrape LinkedIn

Any future feature involving write access would require separate authorization and an update to this Privacy Policy where necessary.

4. Authorization

Access to LinkedIn data requires authorization by the LinkedIn account holder through LinkedIn's authentication and authorization mechanisms.

The LinkedIn account holder controls the permissions granted to the application.

Access can be revoked through the relevant LinkedIn account or developer settings.

5. Access Tokens

Authentication tokens used to access LinkedIn APIs are treated as confidential credentials.

They should not be:

• Published publicly
• Committed to source-code repositories
• Embedded in publicly accessible website code
• Intentionally shared with unauthorized third parties

Tokens are used only as required to authenticate authorized API requests.

6. Data Storage

LinkedIn data is used only for the professional-profile and personal-brand purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Data should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Where information is stored locally for analysis, access should be limited to the authorized user and the tools intentionally used by that user.

No LinkedIn profile database is operated for third-party users.

7. Data Sharing

LinkedIn data accessed through this integration is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not intentionally provided to data brokers.

Data may be processed by technology services intentionally used by the account holder to perform the requested analysis or technical workflow, subject to the terms and privacy practices of those services.

8. Automated Decision-Making

The integration may use AI-assisted tools to analyze professional information and suggest improvements to profile positioning, CV content, website content or career presentation.

Such suggestions are advisory.

They do not make employment decisions and do not automatically submit applications or take actions on LinkedIn.

9. LinkedIn

LinkedIn is an independent service operated under its own terms and privacy policies.

The use of LinkedIn APIs is also subject to LinkedIn's applicable developer and API terms.

Users should consult LinkedIn directly for information about how LinkedIn itself processes personal data.

10. Revoking Access

The LinkedIn account holder may revoke the application's access through the relevant LinkedIn authorization or account settings.

After authorization is revoked, the application should no longer be able to make authenticated LinkedIn API requests using the revoked authorization.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be used to protect credentials and any locally processed professional information from unauthorized access.

However, no internet-based or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the LinkedIn integration, website or data-processing practices materially change.

13. Kayky AI & Recruiter Mode

This website includes an AI assistant ("Kayky AI") and a related "Recruiter Mode" feature. Visitors can submit free-text questions, or paste a job description for a role-fit evaluation.

Submitted questions and job descriptions are sent to a server-side function on this website, which forwards them — together with a curated knowledge base about Urs Kayky Gomes — to an AI model to generate the response or evaluation shown in your browser. This website's own server code does not write that content to a database; it is used only to produce the response for that session.

The current implementation routes these requests through the Lovable AI Gateway to a Google Gemini model. That means the content you submit is processed by the Lovable AI Gateway and by Google as the underlying model provider. Their handling of that data — including retention, logging and any use for model training — is governed by the Lovable AI Gateway's and Google's own terms and privacy practices, not by this website. This has not been separately verified beyond what those providers publish, so no claim is made here that submitted content is "not stored", "never used for training" or "deleted immediately" by those providers.

Please do not paste confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information (yours or anyone else's) into Kayky AI or Recruiter Mode — for example salary details, other candidates' data, or non-public company information.
